It is a lovely Victorian house with high ceilings on the ground floor. There are 4 bedrooms: one on the ground foor and 3 upstairs. Upstairs is also a full bath and on the main floor there is another one with a shower. Kitchen is electric, washer and dryer are on covered porch in the rear. The heating is gas. There is an off street parking and a nice large yard in the back.
121 Hill Street
This is a very nice 2-bedroom duplex: two identical apartments above each other, each with a separate entrance, each with laminate floor, electric kitchen w/dishwasher, electric heat, washer and dryer and a bathroom with a shower. Off-street parking and a yard in the back.
What do we want
We want our tenants to be comfortable and happy. So we want them to call us immediately if something is not working right. If the toilet is running or the stove does not work, whatever...
We take care of garbage and water bills, but electric and gas is to be paid by tenants. There is a security fee when moving in.
We do accept pets, but only upon approval and with a $300-
pet fee - NO Rottweilers or other attack dogs please!!!!!!!!!
